When you purchase a tour or experience, you enter into a contract with the operator, not with StatueWalks directly. We facilitate the booking process and provide customer support, but the operator is responsible for delivering the experience.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated
- Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of booking is final
- Payment is processed securely through our booking partner (Bokun / TripAdvisor)
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation, change, and refund terms vary by experience, date, and selected ticket. Review the policy displayed during booking before confirming payment. For help with an existing reservation, contact our team with your booking reference.
5. Weather & Operations
Outdoor and marine experiences may be affected by weather. The operator decides whether an experience can run safely. If an operator cancels or changes an experience, the remedies and refund terms for your booking apply; contact our team for help.

Attractions4us LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from the use of our website or from experiences booked through our platform. Operators carry their own insurance and are responsible for the safety and quality of their services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.
